If you send the resulting email, Urban Ecotopia receives the details you choose to include, such as your name, work contact details, role and a high-level description of the site, decision, current workflow, baseline effort and review threshold. Do not send site files, personal data or confidential material in an initial enquiry.

Purpose and basis
